Client Brief
Pandori Homes, Melbourne’s leading progressive property developer and builder, sought a complete rebrand to reflect their rapid growth and commitment to excellence. Specialising in modern residential dwellings, they pride themselves on delivering a seamless experience for clients, from concept to completion. The goal was to create a modern and vibrant brand that would resonate with their core audience—Millennials and Gen Z first-home buyers—while emphasising their values of innovation, attention to detail, and outstanding craftsmanship.
Challenges
Pandori Homes faced the challenge of a brand identity that no longer aligned with their forward-thinking ethos and dynamic growth. Their previous branding lacked the vibrancy and modern appeal necessary to connect with their target market of younger, first-time homebuyers. The rebrand needed to balance approachability with professionalism while capturing the essence of their tagline, The Key to Modern Living.
Design Approach
D&Co Studio developed a fresh and engaging brand identity centred around a stylised “P” designed to resemble a key. This symbol encapsulates Pandori Homes’ promise of unlocking modern living for their clients. The vibrant orange in the colour palette conveys energy, enthusiasm, and approachability, while charcoal grey, black, and white provide a sleek and professional foundation.
The tagline, The Key to Modern Living, was integrated into the branding as a guiding narrative, reinforcing the connection between the visual identity and Pandori Homes’ values. Design elements and typography were chosen to evoke a sense of sophistication and trust, while the bold, contemporary aesthetic appeals directly to Millennials and Gen Z customers entering the property market.
Outcome
The rebrand transformed Pandori Homes’ identity into a modern, vibrant, and cohesive visual system that aligns with their mission and audience. The key-shaped “P” logo became a standout feature, embodying their role as a gateway to homeownership and progressive living.
